Matariki is the perfect time for smokers to give their health new beginnings, and the Once and For All stop smoking programme is recognising this with a Facebook competition.
All smokers in the Waikato and Tairawhiti region who enter the Facebook competition in the week before and after Matariki (between 18 June and 2 July), go in the draw to win a $200 Prezzy Card.
Entering is simple: simply, like the Facebook competition post (on the Once and For All Facebook page), tag a mate in the comments, and sign up to our Once and For All quit smoking programme.
Entrants must have their first meeting with a stop smoking practitioner.
Two winners will be announced on the Facebook page on Monday 17 July: one Tairawhiti resident, and one Waikato resident.
